Hudson Flow is a vibrant boutique studio focusing on reformer Pilates, Spin and Barre. We offer bilingual private/semi-private reformer Pilates sessions and dynamic Pilates & barre group classes.

Started by Nevada Zabol in 2021 in the Hudson Village, we will expand our studio to Vaudreuil.
