Reformer Pilates Classes

  • FOUNDATIONS

    Our Foundations Reformer Classes are designed for those new to Reformer Pilates, beginners or individuals with mobility issues.

    In foundations we work on form and take the time to explain exercises and postures.

  • FLOW

    Our signature Reformer class, ‘Flow’ is an intermediate level class. This class is designed for those experienced on the reformer ready to move and transition seamlessly between exercises.

    In flow classes we take an athletic approach incorporating props resulting in a full-body workout.

  • POWER / BARRE

    Our Power & Barre Classes, are our advanced reformer classes. Designed for experienced clients these challenging 45 minute classes are fast-paced.

    We recommend speaking to a teacher prior to booking and ask if you have injuries or mobility issues, you chose an alternate class.
